Liar service, they say they will deliver the clothes, but do not deliver and then force the "customer" to go to the store without giving satisfaction, A SERVICE WASTE AND NO ONE IS READY TO DO THINGS AS COMBINED.

Deixei meu vestido de formatura apenas com pequena sujeira de gordura, e recebi meu vestido com 3 locais de desfiado e cinto descosturado (nada disso consta inclusiva no relatorio da propria lavanderia). Funcionaria muito grossa (Silmara), o tempo todo dizendo que eu estava errada (ou seja, que eu estava mentindo), discutindo comigo, nenhum momento pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido. Uma verdadeira falta de respeito com a cliente que tinha um apreço pelo vestido de formatura. Fiquei muito triste e por isso não recomendo.
Horrible experience. I left my prom dress with only a little grease dirt, and I received my dress with 3 rips and a belt ripped (none of this is included in the laundry report itself). It would work very rudely (Silmara), all the time saying that I was wrong (that is, that I was lying), arguing with me, not a moment apologizing for what happened. A real lack of respect for the client who had an appreciation for the prom dress. I was very sad and that's why I don't recommend it.
