★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei avaliar o serviço de lavanderia, mas alerto aos potenciais clientes da parte de costura e ajustes que o serviço não é bom, infelizmente.
Levei um serviço simples de diminuir duas blusas, deixando-as mais curtas, e pela própria sugestão da atendente manter a proporção da blusa original, levemente mais longa atrás, em torno de dois dedos.
Ao pegá-las, identifiquei que cortaram a frente das blusas no tamanho correto, mas deixaram a parte de trás quase no tamanho original, ficando tipo um “mullet”, vide fotos anexas. Levei de volta para consertarem e ficou bem explicadinho pessoalmente e pelo WhatsApp que a parte da frente já estava correta, mas eles precisavam ajustar a parte de trás conforme combinado inicialmente e para ficar uma blusa “normal”, pois o que recebi não fazia sentido.
Para minha surpresa, em vez de fazerem o combinado, diminuíram mais ainda a frente das duas blusas, deixando-as feias e inutilizáveis. Estou até agora sem entender porque decidiram fazer isso - estava tudo conversado direitinho no WhatsApp, não bastasse pessoalmente. O serviço era super simples, somente a diminuição da barra das blusas, e esse estabelecimento aparenta não ter o conhecimento (ou quem sabe a atenção) necessário(a) para fazê-los.
Se eu já tivesse usado as blusas algumas vezes eu dava como perdidas e pronto, só não voltaria a utilizar os serviços desse estabelecimento. Mas elas nunca foram usadas, levei para ajuste na semana da compra, ainda com cheiro de novas (tenho foto da nota para comprovar). Sugeri deixar as blusas lá e que eles me ressarcissem o valor delas e do serviço. Não responderam e nem ao menos pediram desculpas.
Edit: após a publicação desta avaliação, ainda vieram me responder no whatsapp falando que não mexeram mais na frente da blusa, mesmo tendo as fotos anexas de prova. Respondi pedindo para compararem as fotos, pois é claramente vísivel. Responderam: "obrigado, a lavanderia agradece e pede desculpas". Devolver o dinheiro que é bom...
I do not know how to evaluate the laundry service, but I warn potential customers of sewing and adjustments that the service is not good, unfortunately.
I took a simple service of decreasing two blouses, making them shorter, and at the attendant's own suggestion to keep the proportion of the original blouse, slightly longer in the back, around two fingers.
When picking them up, I identified that they cut the front of the blouses in the correct size, but left the back almost in the original size, becoming like a “mullet”, see attached photos. I took it back to fix it and it was well explained personally and by WhatsApp that the front was already correct, but they needed to adjust the back as originally agreed and to stay a “normal” blouse, because what I received did not make sense.
To my surprise, instead of doing the deal, they reduced the front of the two blouses even more, leaving them ugly and unusable. I still don't understand why they decided to do this - it was all talked about on WhatsApp, it wasn't enough in person. The service was super simple, just reducing the hem of the blouses, and this establishment does not seem to have the knowledge (or perhaps the attention) necessary (a) to do them.
If I had already used the blouses a few times, I would be lost and ready, I just wouldn't use the services of that establishment again. But they were never used, I took them for adjustment in the week of purchase, still smelling like new ones (I have a photo of the note to prove it). I suggested leaving the blouses there and having them refund the value of them and the service. They did not respond and did not even apologize.
Edit: after the publication of this evaluation, they still answered me on whatsapp saying that they did not touch the front of the blouse anymore, even with the attached photos of proof. I replied asking to compare the photos, as it is clearly visible. They replied: "thank you, the laundry thanks you and apologizes". Return the money that is good ...
