★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um aviso a porta informando que o horário de funcionamento é a partir das 8h, no entanto só abriu as 8:20, fiquei esperando esse tempo até chegar uma pessoa para abrir. O serviço é muito bom, porém deveria cumprir o horário estabelecido para evitar esse tipo de situação.
There is a notice to the door stating that the opening hours are from 8am, however it only opened at 8:20, I kept waiting for this time until a person to open. The service is very good, but should meet the established time to avoid this type of situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recolheram o tapete da minha sala e garantiram entrega entre 15 e 20 dias. Demorpu mais de um mes. Ate ai, ok. Chegaram aqui fora do horário combinado e deixaram o tapete sem recolocar. Se eu imaginasse que teria que contratar alguem pra colocar o tapete de volta(eu nao consigo), nao teria chamado a empresa de voces. Eu to me recuperando de uma cirurgia, minha funcionária é uma senhora e minha mãe é idosa. A comunicação, a descrição do serviço deveria ser melhor, mais clara. Experiencia muito desagradável.
They collected the carpet from my room and guaranteed delivery between 15 and 20 days. Demorpu more than a month. See you, ok. They arrived here outside the scheduled time and left the carpet without replacing. If I imagined that I would have to hire someone to put the rug back (I can't), I wouldn't have called the company from you. I am recovering from surgery, my employee is a lady and my mother is elderly. The communication, the description of the service should be better, clearer. Very unpleasant experience.
