Pena q não tem como dar 0 estrelas
Mandei lavar meu edredom uma vez aqui e simplesmente esqueceram dele! Tive q cobrar e ainda ficaram me pedindo comprovante de pagamento (não tem no sistema q estava pago???), atrasaram a entrega e nem um 'desculpa' eu recebi, péssimo serviço!

I had my comforter washed once here and they just forgot about it! I had to charge and they were still asking me for proof of payment (there's no system that was paid???), they delayed delivery and I didn't even receive an 'sorry', bad service!
