★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a empresa para lavagem de um sofá e duas poltronas. Foram extremamente atenciosos no atendimento, pontuais no dia agendado, organizados, executaram o trabalho dentro da minha casa sem transtornos, de forma rápida e segura (seguindo todos os protocolos de combate a covid). Uma das poltronas tinha uma mancha de mofo que foi totalmente removida, além de higienizada com antibactericida.
Ótimo custo-benefício.
I hired the company to wash a sofa and two armchairs. They were extremely attentive in the service, punctual on the scheduled day, organized, carried out the work inside my house without any disturbances, quickly and safely (following all protocols for combating covid). One of the armchairs had a mildew stain that was completely removed, as well as being sanitized with antibacterial.
Great value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho impecável, atendimento excelente! Enviei peças diversas (tapetes, tênis, travesseiros) e tudo foi higienizado maravilhosamente bem! Equipe muito atenciosa também. Retirada e entrega de produtos facilita muito a rotina.
Impeccable work, excellent service! I sent several pieces (carpets, sneakers, pillows) and everything was cleaned beautifully! Very attentive staff too. Withdrawal and delivery of products makes the routine much easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente, sempre fui bem atendida. As duas últimas experiências foram péssimas. Me mandaram duas roupas de outra pessoa, prometeram vir buscar. Não apareceram. Devolvi as peças que não eram minhas e levei mais peças para serem passadas. Novamente, falharam no serviço. Prometeram entregar na sexta, não apareceram. Liguei e prometeram para sábado, até 12h (horário de funcionamento da portaria). Não apareceram, liguei novamente e prometeram, de novo, que até 12h chegaria. Não cumpriram. Apareceram 13h, e me ligaram. Pedi para esperar alguns minutos, pois não estava em casa, mas chegariam em 5/10 min, não esperaram. Eu que voltei para casa correndo para receber, totalmente fora do horário combinado, que esperei...
Era simples, prometesse para segunda, ou terça, desde que fosse cumprir!!
I was a client, I was always well attended. The last two experiences were bad. They sent me two clothes from someone else, promised to come get them. Didn't show up. I returned the pieces that weren't mine and took more pieces to be ironed. Again, failed service. They promised to deliver it on Friday, they didn't show up. I called and they promised to Saturday, until 12:00 (doorway opening hours). They didn't show up, I called again and they promised, again, that until 12pm I would arrive. Did not comply. Appeared at 1 pm, and called me. I asked to wait a few minutes, as I wasn't at home, but they would arrive in 5/10 min, they didn't wait. I came home running to receive it, totally outside the agreed time, that I waited...
It was simple, promise for Monday, or Tuesday, as long as it was done!!

I found the phone through Google and took a chance... I was surprised! Excellent service, the duvet came fragrant, clean, removed and delivered at home. I love it and I highly recommend it!

Dentre outras 3 lavanderias, a Tempos Modernos ganha pelo atendimento, profissionalismo e qualidade, pois nunca tive um reclamação de pós-atendimento.
I have used the services of this laundry for many years. The impeccable service lets me choose whether I want my shirts folded or on the hanger. My suits have always been well taken care of. Exemplary is also the care with my autographed soccer team shirts. Among other 3 laundries, Tempos Modernos wins for the service, professionalism and quality, as I have never had a post-service complaint.
