★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento nada profissional desde a conversa no whatsapp. Deixei um casaco para ser tingindo, me passaram um preço e depois disseram que seria um valor maior, me perguntaram mil vezes se eu confirmava que queria fazer o serviço e depois de mais de um mês esperando o contato da empresa para me informar que poderia buscar o casaco, resolvi ir pessoalmente, para descobrir meu casaco embolado dentro de uma sacola plástica sem o serviço de tingimento feito. Poderiam ter se desculpa e recusado a fazer o serviço mas não simplesmente enrolar meu casaco e deixar no esquecimento da loja em pleno inverno. Extremamente insatisfeita.
Unprofessional service since the conversation in whatsapp. I left a coat to be dyed, they gave me a price and then they said it would be a greater value, they asked me a thousand times if I confirmed that I wanted to do the service and after more than a month waiting for the company contact to inform me that I could look the coat, I decided to go in person, to discover my jacket in a plastic bag without the dyeing service done. They could have apologized and refused to do the service but not simply wrap my coat and leave it in the store's oblivion in the middle of winter. Extremely unsatisfied.
