★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo que vi não fui primeiro que sumiram alguma coisa, uma par de tapetes meus sumiram após lavar na unidade morumbi, fora que devem ter um estoque la que esquecem de colocar nos carros, perderam um cliente infelizmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom, entretanto atualmente a ducha não é com tanta espuma (rala), e eles passam um pano para ensaboar, não uma esponja.

Domingo, 29/09 às 14h40 com 3 carros na fila de lavagem já não estão pegando mais carros.
Levei o veículo para lavar neste local por falta de opção, mas esta unidade é a única que sempre coloca os tapetes molhados dentro do carro, não limpa os vidros e não aspira corretamente.
Muita conversa entre os funcionários e o responsável que fica de avental branco não tem controle sobre os funcionários.
PÉSSIMO!!!

Um funcionário diz um horário de atendimento aí quando vai no local um outro informa outro horário.
No outro dia chega cedo e te falam que precisa aguardar 4 h pois está lotado, só que vc foi o primeiro a chegar..
Disappointment with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já lavei meu carro nesse lugar umas cinco vezes e nunca achei o serviço muito bom. Hoje foi uma ducha grátis, após estacionar o carro em casa, percebi que os pára-lamas estavam iguais a antes da lavagem, ou seja, com sujeira seca que era possível retirar com a mão. Retornei ao local e conversei com o gerente Fernando que nem se deu ao trabalho de olhar meu carro antes e foi se defendendo, alegando que era apenas uma ducha e não uma lavagem, após constatar o problema ele percebeu que o serviço havia sido mal feito. Um funcionário comentou em voz alta: lave com excelência... Ao invés do gerente me atender prontamente na posição que estava livre, ele pediu para eu aguardar na fila para que o funcionário que havia lavado o carro resolvesse o problema, ou seja, o funcionário erra e o cliente é que é punido tendo que aguardar numa fila de novo???? Um absurdo, falta de bom senso , mesmo reclamando, ele foi irredutível e tive que aguardar. Nota ZERO para o gerente Fernando e para o estabelecimento. Fujam desse lugar!!!
