★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma carteira para minha mãe no dia 18/01/2017 pensando que pelo preço seria um produto de qualidade, porém em 3 semanas de uso a carteira já está descascando e com uma aparência péssima. Ontem dia 13/02/2017, antes de completar 1 mês de compra levei a carteira até a loja esperando que o produto fosse trocado, porém a vendedora disse que precisaria mostrar para a gerente que está viajando e só chega a semana que vem (como não tem uma gerente na loja?), e após isso enviaria para uma análise no fabricante que demora cerca de 15 dias, para constatar se foi mal uso e após isso tudo dizer se vai trocar ou não. Fui embora da loja indignada com a falta de respaldo da loja que apresentou uma conduta bem amadora e despreocupada com o cliente, além do produto ser de péssima qualidade, o cliente ainda leva a culpa como se o produto tivesse passado por TRÊS SEMANAS de “mal uso”. Sai de lá e comprei outra carteira em outra loja para dar pra minha mãe pois não iria fazê-la esperar todo esse tempo. Indico a todos que não comprem produtos dessa loja, eu nunca mais piso lá, dinheiro jogado no lixo.
I bought a wallet for my mother on 01/18/2017 thinking that for the price it would be a quality product, however in 3 weeks of use the wallet is already peeling and with a terrible appearance. Yesterday 02/13/2017, before completing 1 month of purchase I took the wallet to the store expecting the product to be exchanged, however the seller said that she would need to show it to the manager that she is traveling and it will only arrive next week (as you don’t have a manager in the store?), and after that you would send it to the manufacturer for an analysis, which takes about 15 days, to see if it was misused and after that, say if you’re going to change it or not. I left the store indignant with the lack of support from the store that presented a very amateur and carefree behavior with the customer, in addition to the product being of very bad quality, the customer still takes the blame as if the product had gone through THREE WEEKS of “bad use". I left there and bought another wallet in another store to give to my mother because I would not keep her waiting all this time. I tell everyone not to buy products from this store, I will never walk there again, money thrown in the trash.
