Deixei alguns itens para lavar, por motivos de saúde tive que me mudar para o interior de SP, avisei eles o que estava acontecendo, e que assim que estivesse em Santo André iria buscar! Simplesmente me mandaram mensagem no WhatsApp falando que minhas coisas iria para doação, falei que não poderiam fazer isso, pois eram meus e não assinei e nem autorizei isso em nenhum documento, até porque não peguei porque estava ausente da cidade! Pois bem, mesmo avisando , hoje fomos buscar, e tudo sumiu! Um prejuízo de mais de 1 mil reais que eles se recusam a pagar! Não me apresentaram nenhum documento que comprove que podem fazer isso, e simplesmente desfizeram de itens que são meus! Cuidado! Eles não estão nem aí! Zero empatia e ainda não querer arcar com meu prejuízo de um ato impensado e infundado da parte deles! Revoltada com isso!
Extremely absurd! I left some items to wash, for health reasons I had to move to the interior of SP, I told them what was happening, and that as soon as I was in Santo André I would get them! They simply sent me a message on WhatsApp saying that my things would be donated, I said they couldn't do that, as they were mine and I didn't sign or authorize it in any document, even because I didn't take it because I was out of town! Well, even with warning, today we went to get it, and everything disappeared! A loss of more than 1,000 reais that they refuse to pay! They didn't show me any document that proves that they can do this, and simply discarded items that are mine! Watch out! They don't care! Zero empathy and still not wanting to bear my loss for a thoughtless and unfounded act on their part! Angry about it!
