★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais ótimos, pacientes e educados. A Enfermeira Luciana tirou sangue das minhas crianças e fez isso com muita calma, paciência e profissionalismo. Minha pequena chorou por causa do susto, mas depois disse que não doeu e disse que quando voltarmos que passar com a Lu de novo.

Os exame que eu nem preciso de jejum não pode ser colhido depois das 12h porque os laboratórios da minha região estão fechados.
Pior que não me devolveram o pedido original do exame e eu fiquei amarrada em fazer em algum laboratório da rede.
Moram da história: vou ter que atravessar a cidade pra fazer o exame em um horário totalmente inviável já que as atendente não são bem informadas sobre as unidades que fecham a tarde

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já usei os serviços desta unidade aproximadamente 6 vezes e sempre fui muito bem atendida. A única coisa irritante sobre ela é a pequena quantidade de vagas de estacionamento. Mesmo assim, o serviço principal merece nota 10.

Se só chamam a coleta de sangue? Uma hora de espera para ser atendida lamentável. Precisa agilizar o atendimento, isso porque na central de atendimento você precisa ficar em linha e enviar seus documentos via link. Agilidade zero.
