Não atendem no horário agendado e a recepção nos faz ficar esperando um laudo por mais de 40 minutos sendo que ele já estava pronto e na recepção havia, ao menos, meia hora. Embora tenham afirmado que o laudo dos exames de sangue e urina realizados seriam enviados para o e-mail do veterinário e para o meu e-mail, só o encaminharam para o veterinário, para mim isso só foi feito depois de termos realizado contato pedindo o encaminhamento.
 Professionals do not respect the customer. They do not attend at the scheduled time and the reception makes us wait for a report for more than 40 minutes since it was already ready and at the reception for at least half an hour. Although they stated that the report of the blood and urine tests performed would be sent to the veterinarian's e-mail and to my e-mail, they only forwarded it to the veterinarian, for me this was only done after we made contact asking for the forwarding.

A recp Rute tratou minha mãe de uma forma super grosseira só pq ela estava com dúvidas, nem parecia q queria estar ali trabalhando, além de nos deixar falando sozinha e ficar conversando c a outra mocinha na recepção. Péssimo atendimento.
I've been taking my animals to this clinic for years, but this month I was very upset. Rep Rute treated my mother in a super rude way just because she was having doubts, it didn't even seem like she wanted to be there working, besides leaving us talking to ourselves and talking to the other girl at the reception. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ liguei para saber preço e disponibilidade de horário e a atendente foi simpática. Fui fazer os exames da minha gata que é arisca e eu estava preocupada. O ultrassom correu tranquilamente. Tive facilidade para estacionar, o laudo saiu rapidamente. Não tenho do que reclamar.
I called to know the price and availability of hours and the attendant was friendly. I went to do the exams of my cat who is skittish and I was worried. The ultrasound went smoothly. It was easy to park, the report came out quickly. I have nothing to complain about.
