★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço decepcionante. Instalação feita e os problemas apareceram porém como eu fiz o pagamento à vista, não houve interesse em voltar para fazer os acertos. Cortinas cortadas errado acarretando em enrolamento torto e consequentemente desfio das laterais. Contactei o Marcos inúmeras vezes que sempre dizia que viria arrumar porém não aparecia no dia/horário marcado. Gostaria de desinstalar tudo e ter meu dinheiro de volta. Revoltante.
Disappointing service. Installation was done and the problems appeared but as I made the payment in cash, there was no interest in returning to make the adjustments. Wrong cut curtains resulting in crooked curl and consequently unraveling the sides. I contacted Marcos countless times who always said he would come and fix it but did not show up on the scheduled day / time. I would like to uninstall everything and get my money back. Revolting.
