★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Fui até lá com minha cadeira. Colocaram o problema no back system e na estrela (rodízios), porém sugeriram que eu trocasse apenas a estrela por hora. Troquei.. péssima! A cadeira além de piorar, ficou toda travada, voltei lá e disseram que é assim mesmo! MENTIRA! Não tinham mais a minha antiga nem trocaram por outra e fiquei no prejuízo! Cadeira voltou pior do que o que estava!
Terrible experience! I went there with my chair. They put the problem in the back system and the star (casters), but they suggested that I change only the star for the hour. I changed ... lousy! The chair, in addition to getting worse, got stuck, I went back there and they said that's how it is! LIE! They no longer had my old one or changed it for another and I was at the loss! Chair came back worse than it was!
