Porque as duas lojas são totalmente desatenciosos e usam a desculpa que uma depende da outra pra saber onde está o pedido. Hoje fazem 5 dias que meu pedido era pra ter chegado e ninguém sabe onde ele está. Acho que foi pra o papai noel… pra que ele traga no natal.
Horrible experience, I don't recommend anyone to buy it on the site and pick it up at the store. Because the two stores are totally inconsiderate and use the excuse that one depends on the other to know where the order is. Today it's been 5 days since my order was supposed to have arrived and nobody knows where it is. I think it was for Santa Claus… for him to bring it for Christmas.

There is NEVER change and the employees (especially a specific employee who has already attended to me a few times) do not make the slightest question of changing the money to finalize the sale.
