Eu já tive malas baratas e nenhuma quebrou, e resolvi comprar uma melhor que acreditei que era boa e quebrou na primeira viagem. Informaram que não cobram isso, bem regra é regra né le postiche, mas estou registrando minha indignação por um produto caro e falso. Nunca mais compro nada com vocês. E Concerteza também falarei mal
