★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ser uma franquia, é difícil analisar o Bob's no geral. Já tive experiências medíocres e experiências "boas". Mas jamais tive uma experiência fora do normal.
Os combos são de fato acessíveis, isto porque é notável a qualidade abaixo da média dos produtos. A batata é sim "crocante" mas é literalmente oca por dentro. Os Sticks de frango são saborosos assim como os Milkshakes. O hambúrguer é revoltante. Houve momentos que o hambúrguer todo não tinha gosto algum, o alface estava velho e murcho e o fundo dos hambúrgueres estavam úmidos, com textura e gosto de terra.
Recomendo distância dos hambúrgueres e apreciação dos Milkshakes.
 As a franchise, it is difficult to analyze Bob's in general. I have had mediocre experiences and "good" experiences. But I never had an unusual experience.
The combos are in fact affordable, because the below-average quality of the products is remarkable. The potato is "crunchy" but it is literally hollow inside. Chicken Sticks are tasty as are Milkshakes. The burger is revolting. There were times when the whole hamburger had no taste at all, the lettuce was old and withered and the bottom of the hamburgers were moist, with a texture and earthy taste.
I recommend distance from the burgers and appreciation of the Milkshakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal gente fina. Ótimo atendimento. Pessoal, pelo menos de tarde até a noite, esforçado atenciosos. Lanches com ótima apresentação, porção de batata frita generosa, lanche muito saboroso. O melhor milk shaque de morango que já tomei na vida.
Guys, fine people. Great service. Staff, at least from late to night, hardworking and attentive. Snacks with great presentation, generous portion of French fries, very tasty snack. The best strawberry milkshake I've ever had in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou totalmente desapontado com essa filial do shopping de maua, fiz o pedido pelo ifood, e depois de esperar quase uma hora pelo lanche, simplesmente cancelaram o pedido sem nenhum tipo de aviso prévio, irresponsabilidade e falta de compromisso sao as palavras que definem.
I'm totally disappointed with this branch of the mall in maua, I ordered through ifood, and after waiting almost an hour for a snack, they simply canceled the order without any prior notice, irresponsibility and lack of commitment are the words that define it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de ser um indústria BRASILEIRA é muito gostoso!! Porém os motoboys roubam facilmente o conteúdo da embalagem, pois é só um selo que não cola nem com super cola, ao menos eles deveriam grampear!
Mas já aprendi a lição, chegou o motoboy, comprimento, e filmo abrindo a embalagem na frente dele!
Besides being a BRAZILIAN industry, it is very tasty!! However, motoboys easily steal the contents of the package, as it is only a stamp that does not glue even with super glue, at least they should staple it!
But I've already learned my lesson, the motoboy arrived, length, and I film opening the package in front of him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma experiência boa, pois acabei de comprar uma casquinha recheada no quiosque enfrente da loja pets, porém estava com a massa azeda. Questionei com o atendente e ele teimou que a massa estava boa. Perguntei se não teria outra unidade que fizesse sorvete que eu iria até lá para trocar o sorvete. O atendente ligou na outra unidade e disse que eu poderia ir até lá. Chegando na outra unidade pedir pra trocar o sorvete e novamente estava azedo. Perdi 40 minutos do meu almoço tentando resolver isso e não resolvi. Resumindo sair do shopping perdi a hora do meu almoço e joguei o sorvete no lixo.
I didn't have a good experience, as I just bought a stuffed cone at the kiosk in front of the pets store, but it was sour. I questioned the attendant and he insisted that the pasta was good. I asked if there wasn't another unit that made ice cream and I would go there to change the ice cream. The attendant called at the other unit and said I could go there. Arriving at the other unit ask to change the ice cream and again it was sour. I wasted 40 minutes of my lunch trying to work this out and I didn't. In short, leaving the mall I missed my lunch hour and threw the ice cream in the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após 1 hora de espera do pedido, o mesmo foi cancelado, sendo que já estava com o motoboy. BOBS nã dá opção de pagamento na entrega com sodexo, pagamos pelo app, e teremos que ter o reembolso apenas no outro dia. PÉSSIMO! E se eu não tiver mais dinheiro no cartão? Vou esperar até amanhã para comer? Restringem o cliente com opção de pagamento, não dão suporte para essas situações, enfim. Bobs Maua Plaza!
After 1 hour of waiting for the order, the order was cancelled, and the courier was already there. BOBS does not offer payment option on delivery with sodexo, we pay for the app, and we only have to have the refund the next day. TERRIBLE! What if I don't have any more money on my card? Will I wait until tomorrow to eat? They restrict the customer with a payment option, they do not support these situations, anyway. Bobs Maua Plaza!
