Fiz a compra no mês de novembro agora no Shoping pátio Belém de uma bolsa transparente com alça em couro, só uso coisas básicas dentro dela nada de peso excessivos pois a bolsa contém duas bolsas menores dentro dela, por incrível que pareça alça já está rasgando bem na costura não sei se foi defeito de fabricação mais gostaria muito que alguém resolvese essa situação já não estou carregando a bolsa pelas alças comedo de passar vergonha. Gostaria muito de a empresa resolvese minha situação. Desde já agradeço a atenção.
The service was great, but left much to be desired because by the name of the brand I thought I would be buying something quality without mentioning the price but this for me is the least because I like quality things, because I think if the value is high then and good the product. I made the purchase in November now in Shoping Patio Belém a transparent bag with leather strap, I only use basic things inside it nothing overweight because the bag contains two smaller bags inside it, oddly enough handle is already tearing well I do not know if it was a manufacturing defect but I would very much like someone to solve this situation I am no longer carrying the bag by the handles and I feel ashamed. I would very much like the company to resolve my situation. I thank the attention.
