★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente terei que relatar o ocorrido para que a gerência tenha mais atenção com seus funcionários. Primeiro estávamos mexendo no celular e fomos supreendidos com uma voz alta falando um palavrão( C.....O).
Era uma funcionária falando com outra da cozinha. Eu nem acreditei , tamanha a falta de postura e de educação. Depois enquanto estávamos comendo, uma outra funcionária tirou a máscara e foi espremer cravos do rosto num espelho perto do balcão,.Fora isso, devo ressaltar que a comida estava muito saborosa.
Espero que tomem
uma providência, pois gostaria de voltar a frequentar e me sentir bem acolhida.
Lastimável a experiência.
Unfortunately I will have to report what happened so that the management has more attention to their employees. First we were using the cell phone and we were surprised with a loud voice saying a curse word (C......O).
It was an employee talking to another in the kitchen. I couldn't believe it, such was the lack of posture and education. Later, while we were eating, another employee took off her mask and went to squeeze blackheads from her face in a mirror near the counter. Other than that, I must emphasize that the food was very tasty.
I hope you take
a measure, as I would like to go back to attending and feel welcomed.
Pity the experience.

Service was so bad that I didn't even get a chance to try the menu. I gave up and went to a restaurant that wanted me there.

O atendimento também foi espetacular! Atendente conhecia o cardápio e fez questão de agradar até ajudando nas dúvidas com o vinho. Voltaremos sempre contando com esse padrão!
Congratulations to Le Vin, even after more than 20 years of operation the house is better than ever! Starter, main course and dessert were perfect. The service was also spectacular! The attendant knew the menu and made sure to please, even helping with questions about the wine. We will always come back with this pattern!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima primeira impressão. Enquanto outros restaurantes do Rio Design estavam lotados, o Le Vin estava vazio. Entrei esperando encontrar ambiente acolhedor e boa comida. Contudo, ainda que o restaurante estivesse vazio, não pudemos escolher aonde gostaríamos de sentar, sob o argumento de que só poderíamos ficar em uma mesa para dois. Achei deselegante e desnecessário em um cenário no qual não havia mais ninguém para ser atendido. Fui embora e resolvi deixar o registro aqui para que, talvez, repensem o atendimento aos clientes. Existem opções excelentes no Rio Design para se darem ao luxo de tratar os clientes assim.
I had a bad first impression. While other Rio Design restaurants were packed, Le Vin was empty. I went in expecting to find a cozy atmosphere and good food. However, even though the restaurant was empty, we could not choose where we would like to sit, on the grounds that we could only get a table for two. I found it inelegant and unnecessary in a scenario where there was no one else to be attended to. I left and decided to leave the record here so that, perhaps, they rethink customer service. There are excellent options at Rio Design for the luxury of treating customers like this.

Estive jantando no Le Vin ontem e adoramos tudo!
O atendimento foi realmente muito bom e a comida estava saborosa e com preço justo.
Sem falar do pão quentinho com patê e manteiga.
Bebemos um vinho que nos foi indicado e estava divino.
E a sobremesa? De comer rezando!
Pretendo voltar mais vezes.
Recently opened on the 3rd floor of Rio Design and it is already a success.
I had dinner at Le Vin yesterday and we love it all!
The service was really good and the food was tasty and at a fair price.
Not to mention the warm bread with pate and butter.
We drank a wine that was indicated to us and it was divine.
What about dessert? To eat praying!
I plan to come back more often.
