Lousy service from the online store, until today waiting for the refund of product purchased and canceled by the store itself. Phone from the sac no one answers. Lack of commitment and respect for the customer. I will never do business with the company ... and I would like an immediate solution to the problem.

I love the richards store. The store Tijuca shoping is all good. Service, professionalism, friendliness. The employees are 10, the manager Fabio is super good people. It makes a difference. The bar design store stands out for dear Larissa, super good, delicate, polite, grade 10.

Simplesmente a vendedora me largou falando sozinho e foi atender a senhora
Só tinha uma vendedora na parte da manhã
Acho q foi o motivo da discriminação

The seller simply left me talking to myself and went to meet the lady
There was only one salesperson in the morning
I think it was the reason for discrimination
