A tilápia crocante estava sem tempero algum.
A batata do acompanhamento estava endurecida, o arroz mal cozido.
Feijão com bom sabor mas frio.
Cebola na batata como se fosse conserva velha.
Não volto mais.

Beans with good flavor but cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O LeBonton é uma rede nova do mesmo grupo do Spoleto que tem como proposta levar ao público pratos mais frescos baseados em pratos clássicos franceses. Eu frequento essa unidade do Shopping Tijuca desde que lançou e desde então houveram algumas mudanças (o preço ficou mais caro, antes eles priorizavam legumes orgânicos, novos pratos e etc). Porém, mesmo assim, a qualidade continua sendo muito boa pelo preço da comida (os preços variam dentre uns 18 até 30 reais, mas também tem o prato do dia que possui algum desconto). Costumo pedir o frango com mostarda, mas o strogonoff também é gostoso. Amo a farofa panko. As carnes vermelhas são desfiadas ou strogonoff. O peixe empanado na farofa panko também é gostoso. Meu namorado adora o peito de frango (vem com osso).
LeBonton is a new chain from the same group as Spoleto that aims to bring fresh dishes based on classic French dishes to the public. I frequent this unit in Shopping Tijuca since it was launched and since then there have been some changes (the price became more expensive, before they prioritized organic vegetables, new dishes and etc). However, even so, the quality is still very good for the price of the food (prices range from about 18 to 30 reais, but there is also the dish of the day that has some discount). I usually order the chicken with mustard, but the beef stroganoff is also tasty. I love the farofa panko. The red meat is shredded or stroganoff. The breaded fish in panko farofa is also tasty. My boyfriend loves the chicken breast (comes with bone).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu atendimento ocorreu ontem (17/02/2022) no turno da noite. Comida saudável, saborosa e preço justo. Adoramos o mate da casa.
Entretanto o que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento.
Muito se fala sobre trabalhar com o público e nada de fala sobre como não sobrecarregar esses trabalhadores e como talvez separar o fato de que o cliente também é uma pessoa e também pode está em um dia ruim.
Refleti muito com meu companheiro (que presenciou o fato da atendente ter gritado ao relatar que as bebidas não estavam no cardápio e que eu precisava decidir logo).
Talvez ela precise de um psicólogo para aprender os princípios de tratamento com o próximo.
Desejo que a empresa consiga proporcionar aos seus empregados um bom treinamento para que isso não ocorra com outras pessoas.
My service took place yesterday (02/17/2022) on the night shift. Healthy, tasty and reasonably priced. We love the house mate.
However, what was lacking was the service.
A lot is said about working with the public and nothing is said about how not to overload these workers and how perhaps to separate the fact that the customer is also a person and can also be having a bad day.
I reflected a lot with my partner (who witnessed the fact that the attendant had screamed when reporting that the drinks were not on the menu and that I needed to decide soon).
Perhaps she needs a psychologist to learn the principles of treatment with others.
I want the company to be able to provide its employees with good training so that this does not happen to other people.
