★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria dar 0 estrela. Péssimo atendimento e hoje superou a incompetência. Pedi 4 lanches e me deram tempo estimado de 40min. Depois de uma hora entrei em contato para saber do lanche e me disseram que nao iriam mandar porque nao tinham pão. Nao entraram em contato para me avisar, e qdo perguntei pq nao avisaram me disseram que estavam avisando a todos em ordem de pedido... Fazia mais de uma hora que tinha feito o pedido e não tinham nem me ligado. Nao é possível que levaria mais de uma hora para me avisar... Nao recomendo.
 I wanted to give 0 stars. Terrible service and today overcame the incompetence. I ordered 4 snacks and they gave me an estimated time of 40min. After an hour I got in touch to find out about the snack and they told me they wouldn't send it because they didn't have bread. They didn't get in touch to let me know, and when I asked because they didn't let me know they told everyone in order of order... It had been over an hour since I had placed the order and they hadn't even called me. There's no way it would take more than an hour to let me know... I don't recommend it.

Pessoal atende sem nenhuma simpatia.
Lanche caro pelo que entrega e demora muito.
Plena pandemia não se usa máscara no local. Manuseia os lanches sem luva.
Decepção total com uma atendente, onde solicitei uma maionese antes ao menos perguntar se era para comprar ela disse que era uma por lanche e deu as costas.

Staff responds without any sympathy.
Expensive snack for what it delivers and takes a long time.
Full pandemic, you don't wear a mask on site. Handle snacks without gloves.
Total disappointment with an attendant, where I requested a mayonnaise before at least asking if it was to be bought, she said it was one per snack and turned her back.

atendente extremamente antipática. apressada, vc pede a maionese ela faz cara feia, parece que você está cometendo um crime. o ultimo lanche que pedi veio simplesmente horrível. muito mal feito, com um hamburguer daqueles comerciais de pior qualidade, que se compra em caixinhas em supermercados, mas muito ruim mesmo. eu já compro com eles a muitos anos, mas tanto o atendimento quanto a qualidade caíram tanto, mas tanto, que nunca mais vou comprar lá. só se um dia vir uma placa avisando "nova administração" ou não ver mais aquele poço de antipatia atendendo. Nao confiem muito na boa qualificação aqui do google. ela é referente ao passado que realmente era bom... leiam as qualificações por ordem de data que vão entender...só tem qualificação ruim nas ultimas qualificações, mostrando coerencia com tudo que eu disse.

I've been shopping with them for many years, but both the service and the quality have dropped so much, so much, that I'll never buy there again. only if one day you see a sign warning "new administration" or you no longer see that well of antipathy working. Don't rely too much on the good rating here on google. it refers to the past, which was really good... read the qualifications in order of date and you will understand... there are only bad qualifications in the last qualifications, showing consistency with everything I said.
