Assinamos contrato de venda do nosso apto em julho de 2019, com compradores já certos, e já estamos em janeiro de 2020 e o processo ainda nao foi finalizado. Assinamos o contrato de financiamento com a caixa no inicio de dezembro e agora, 1 mês e meio depois, ainda não entregaram a documentação na caixa para liberarem nosso dinheiro. Compradores com documentação toda certa já entregue. Mto enrolados. Não indico nem para meu pior inimigo.
I only give one star because there is no way to give zero. We're really mad at this real estate company. We signed a sale contract for our apartment in July 2019, with buyers already certain, and we are already in January 2020 and the process has not yet been finalized. We signed the financing contract with the cashier in early December and now, 1 month and a half later, they still haven't delivered the documentation at the cashier to release our money. Buyers with all certain documentation already delivered. Very tangled. I don't even point to my worst enemy.
