★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém! Duas horas esperando pelo pedido, a cozinha não deveria receber mais nada porque não estava dando conta nem das pessoas que estavam lá há muito tempo. Levou aproximadamente 30 minutos para levarem uma coca-cola na mesa. Quando perguntávamos do status do pedido, enrolavam dizendo que já estava saindo. Gestão totalmente inexperiente, pelo menos era o que aparentava quando estava lá.
 I don't recommend it to anyone! Waiting for two hours for the order, the kitchen shouldn't receive anything else because it wasn't even taking care of the people who had been there for a long time. It took approximately 30 minutes to bring a coke to the table. When we asked about the status of the order, they rolled around saying it was already out. Totally inexperienced management, at least that's what it looked like when I was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amamos os lanches, as bebidas e o atendimento da Elaine. Eu pedi o lanche Dudu com adicional de Bacon e foi a melhor pedida possível. Haha
Lugar confortável, tranquilo... bem gostosinho pra curtir a noite mais calma, sem super lotações. Ahh, e ainda estava rolando jogo do Flamengo!
Voltando ao Rio, voltaremos ao LeMax Burguer!
We loved Elaine's snacks, drinks and service. I ordered the Dudu snack with additional bacon and it was the best order possible. haha
Comfortable, quiet place... very nice to enjoy the calmer night, without overcrowding. Ahh, and the Flamengo game was still going on!
Returning to Rio, we will return to LeMax Burguer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Estrela pois é o mínimo. Péssimo atendimento, esperei mais de 1 hora pra receber um hambúrguer, que não veio. Atendentes não informam o tempo de espera e o gerente passa nas mesas perguntando se está tudo bem sabendo do atraso de todos os pedidos e não toma nenhuma providência. Péssimo, não recomendo. Fui embora sem comer e me sentindo 100% desrespeitado como consumidor. .
1 Star is the minimum. Terrible service, I waited more than 1 hour to receive a hamburger, which did not come. Attendants do not inform the waiting time and the manager passes by the tables asking if everything is ok, knowing the delay of all orders and does not take any action. Terrible, I don't recommend it. I left without eating and feeling 100% disrespected as a consumer. .

Minha sugestão é que a casa passe a aceitar trocas de queijo sem cobrar adicional de R$ 5,00. Eu não como queijo cheddar e pedi um lanche de R$ 37,00 com queijo prato. Teria que pagar mais R$ 5,00 por uma troca. Troca não é acréscimo. Resultado? Pedi um lanche de R$ 27,00 com queijo prato e a casa deixou de faturar R$ 10,00. Nada inteligente isso. ??♂️

My suggestion is that the house starts to accept cheese exchanges without charging an additional R$ 5.00. I don't eat cheddar cheese and I ordered a R$37.00 snack with cheese. I would have to pay another R$ 5.00 for an exchange. Exchange is not addition. Result? I ordered a R$ 27.00 snack with cheese and the house stopped making R$ 10.00. Not smart that. ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente Lê Max há um bom tempo atraves da loja do Centro, contudo abriu uma loja na Rua Dias Ferreira perto da minha casa, o João era gerente e tudo estava perfeito, voltei hoje após um período e tive uma surpresa decepcionante, o João não é mais o gerente, meu Kevin Bacon veio todo dismilinguido, minha batata veio fria, e para fechar o caixão o dono da franquia simplesmente decidiu não mais vender a tradicional Coca Cola em garrafa de vidro, a melhor Coca que existe, a água mineral vendida Passa Quatro tem o 11 de Sódio, enquanto numa Minalba é apenas 1,2.
Fiquei muito chateado e relatei para a atendente Elaine que prontamente ouviu com atenção todas minhas reclamações.
Acho que os franqueadores deveriam prestar atenção em seus franqueados e impor o produto padrão para que não ocorra o que acontece por aqui. Não pretendo mais voltar a essa loja. Tomem providências.
I have been a Lê Max customer for a long time through the Centro store, however a store opened on Rua Dias Ferreira near my house, João was the manager and everything was perfect, I returned today after a period and had a disappointing surprise, João did not it's more the manager, my Kevin Bacon came all broken, my potato came cold, and to close the coffin the owner of the franchise simply decided not to sell the traditional Coca Cola in a glass bottle, the best Coke there is, the mineral water sold Passa Quatro has 11 sodium, while in a Minalba it is only 1.2.
I was very upset and reported it to the attendant Elaine who promptly listened carefully to all my complaints.
I think franchisors should pay attention to their franchisees and impose the standard product so that what happens here doesn't happen. I don't want to go back to this store again. Take action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o hambúrguer gostoso, pedi adicional de fatias de queijo então ficou bem recheado. Não dou uma nota maior pois a batata veio muito salgada e com exagero num pó que não sei exatamente o que era, mas acredito que possa ser mais sutil.
I found the hamburger tasty, I asked for additional slices of cheese so it was well stuffed. I don't rate it higher because the potato came very salty and exaggerated in a powder that I don't know exactly what it was, but I believe it could be more subtle.
