★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha família sempre compramos na Lemyr e indicamos que os amigos também o fizessem. A loja está fechada na pandemia e, por esse motivo, vendendo on-line. Estacionei em frente ao estabelecimento hoje, já que estava acompanhada da minha mãe, que não podia se locomover muito. Ia na loja ao lado, pedir uma informação. Fui gentilmente conversar com uma das proprietárias, que me negou esse minuto de gentileza, dizendo que aguardava um cliente. Detalhe: há 3 vagas disponíveis na frente da loja. A ganância, o egoísmo, a falta de educação e empatia fazem com que um ou mais clientes deixem de comprar em um estabelecimento. E divulguem essa experiência negativa aos seus grupos e amigos também. Lamentável!
My family and I always shop at Lemyr and we recommend that friends do too. The store is closed in the pandemic and, for that reason, selling online. I parked in front of the establishment today, as I was accompanied by my mother, who could not get around much. I went to the store next door, asking for information. I was kind enough to talk to one of the owners, who denied me that minute of kindness, saying that she was waiting for a client. Detail: there are 3 places available in front of the store. Greed, selfishness, lack of education and empathy make one or more customers stop shopping at an establishment. And spread this negative experience to your groups and friends as well. Unfortunate!
