★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro, e péssimo você paga 25,00 reais de entrega para escolher horário da tarde ou da manhã e 20,00 para horário comercial porém e a mesma coisa que nada, pois eles entregam na hora que eles querem mesmo, eles pedem pra confirmar endereço de entrega no whatssap e mesmo assim eles LIGAM PRA PESSOA QUE VAI RECEBER A SURPRESA, pra confirmar o endereço se quiser fazer surpresa peça na Salete ou na giuliana flores e mais caro mas pelo menos vai dar certo.
 Expensive, and terrible, you pay 25.00 reais for delivery to choose the afternoon or morning hours and 20.00 for business hours, but it's the same thing as nothing, because they deliver when they really want, they ask you to confirm your address delivery on whatsap and even so they CALL THE PERSON WHO WILL RECEIVE THE SURPRISE, to confirm the address if you want to surprise ask at Salete or giuliana flores and more expensive but at least it will work.

Comprei as flores pelo site e 1 hora depois já entregaram.
O atendimento é excelente.
Me avisaram por e-mail e whatsapp, imediatamente quando a entrega foi realizada.
Amei o serviço, com certeza pedirei outras vezes.

I confess that I was scared when I read the comments, I took the risk anyway.
I bought the flowers through the website and 1 hour later they have already delivered.
The service is excellent.
They let me know by email and whatsapp, immediately when the delivery was made.
I loved the service, I will definitely order it other times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da vendedora e caixa foram bom, mas o rapaz que separa as flores e faz as decorações das mesmas estava com muita má vontade, comprei uma mini orquídea com um bicho de pelúcia para presente, por isso o bicho de pelúcia junto, pedi para colocar em uma sacola, já que ia utilizar transportes público, o mesmo nem se deu ao trabalho de cobrir as flores com papel solafane e laço para presente e para proteger pelo menos os galhos grande, sera que tinha que informar que era para presente? Não fazem isso todos os dias para saber? simplesmente me deu uma sacola pequena nao cobria os galhos e chegando em casa os galhos mais altos chegaram quebrados tive um prejuízo de R$ 105,00.
The service from the saleswoman and cashier were good, but the guy who separates the flowers and makes the decorations for them was very unwilling, I bought a mini orchid with a stuffed animal for a gift, so the stuffed animal together, I asked put it in a bag, since he was going to use public transport, he didn't even bother to cover the flowers with solafane paper and gift bow and to protect at least the big branches, would I have to inform you that it was for a gift? Don't they do this every day to find out? he simply gave me a small bag that didn't cover the branches and when I got home the tallest branches arrived broken I had a loss of R$ 105.00.

Fiz um pedido online 11:30pm para ser entregue no dia seguinte - Dia das Mães- Antes das 11am do domingo, minha mãe recebeu as flores e chocolates em uma embalagem linda. I am very satisfied with the service and efficiency of this florist. I placed an order online 11:30 pm to be delivered the next day - Mother's Day- Before 11am on Sunday, my mother received the flowers and chocolates in a beautiful package. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avaliaria em mais se não fosse pela vendedora/recepcionista, muito ignorante e fez pouco caso da minha pessoa, fui toda animada e voltei de certa forma ""satisfeita"" porém muito brava e chateada, a loja no todo é maravilhosa estão de parabéns!
I would rate it more if it weren't for the salesperson/receptionist, very ignorant and made light of my person, I was all excited and came back in a way ""satisfied"" but very angry and upset, the store as a whole is wonderful, congratulations!
