★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento: liguei atrás de uma fita de borda para acabamento de marcenaria e o vendedor Alexandre disse que tinha. Ao chegar à loja fui informado que não poderiam me vender pois o sistema já havia sido fechado em razão do horário, nem mesmo com pagamento em dinheiro. É o cúmulo do desrespeito fazer o cliente sair de casa numa pandemia e perder a viagem devido a um problema administrativo do próprio estabelecimento. Que culpa tem o cliente se o empregado do estabelecimento quer ir embora para casa mais cedo? Comprometimento nota zero com a prestação de serviço.
 Bad service: I called behind an edge tape for carpentry finishing and the salesman Alexandre said he had it. Upon arriving at the store, I was informed that they could not sell me as the system had already been closed due to the time, not even with cash payment. It is the height of disrespect to make the customer leave the house in a pandemic and miss the trip due to an administrative problem at the establishment itself. What is the customer's fault if the establishment's employee wants to leave home early? Commitment grade zero with the provision of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de contar com uma variedade ok de produtos, o atendimento na loja deixa a desejar. Falta de conhecimento por parte dos atendentes e muita dispersão , deixando o cliente esperando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe de vendas ágil e prestativa, várias opções de pagamento disponíveis. O atendimento da Elaine é top! A entrega / transporte vem de Campinas e poderia ser um pouco mais cuidadosa, as placas de MDF que eu solicitei vieram com danos nas bordas como se fossem as placas de "capa" do empilhamento. Isso vai aumentar o meu nível de desperdício no material, daí perde-se a vantagem de finalmente o preço ter recentemente caído - mas não vamos nos enganar aqui, continua bem caro - mas as desculpas para preços altos em qualquer coisa todos nós já sabemos... Recomendo (em Piracicaba é praticamente a única opção para MDF em placas) mas mesmo assim nunca dispensem fazer cotação em outros lugares.
Agile and helpful sales team, multiple payment options available. Elaine's service is top! Delivery / transport comes from Campinas and could be a little more careful, the MDF boards I ordered came with damage on the edges as if they were the "cover" boards of the stacking. This will increase my level of waste on material, hence the advantage of finally dropping the price recently - but let's not kid ourselves here, it's still pretty expensive - but the excuses for high prices on anything we all know. .. I recommend it (in Piracicaba it's practically the only option for MDF boards) but even so, never forget to ask for a quote elsewhere.
