★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era pra ter sido feito o serviço de preenchimento de espuma, troca do tecido danificado e limpeza. Disseram que o tecido era difícil conseguir mas iriam procurar com fornecedores em outra cidade. Simplesmente sumiram: não respondem whatsapp, não atendem o telefone nem o celular.
The foam filling, changing the damaged fabric and cleaning was supposed to be done. They said the fabric was difficult to obtain but they would look for suppliers in another city. They just disappeared: they don't answer whatsapp, they don't answer their phone or cell phone.
