Parabénizo toda equipe, o construtor André e principalmente o Léo Reis, por todo apoio prestado na compra do meu imóvel (na planta). Aproveito o começo da minha avaliação, para ressaltar o profissionalismo, a dedicação e a transparência do Léo p/ com os seus clientes.
Minha história com o Léo Reis começou, em 06/11/20, via "whatsApp", onde fiz diversas perguntas e todas foram respondidas com clareza. Não demorou muito, e no dia 21/12/20, estava fechando contrato no seu escritório. E hj, venho aqui para dizer que foi umas das melhores coisas q eu fiz, pois recebi o imóvel na data que foi estimada, e a casa já com mais de 4 meses de uso, continua intacta e sem nenhum problema. E ainda falo mais, o contato pós venda/entrega ainda continua (muito importante), pois sempre que eu preciso de alguma informação, orientação ou dica ele estar sempre pronto p/ me ajudar.
Léo, mais uma vez, obrigado! Vc ajudou a realizar o meu sonho e da minha família.

I congratulate the whole team, the builder André and especially Léo Reis, for all the support provided in the purchase of my property (on the floor plan). I take advantage of the beginning of my evaluation, to emphasize Léo's professionalism, dedication and transparency to its clients.
My story with Léo Reis began, on 11/06/20, via "whatsApp", where I asked several questions and all were clearly answered. It didn't take long, and on 12/21/20, he was closing a contract at his office. And today, I come here to say that it was one of the best things I've done, as I received the property on the date it was estimated, and the house, with more than 4 months of use, remains intact and without any problems. And even more, the post-sale/delivery contact still continues (very important), because whenever I need any information, guidance or tip, he is always ready to help me.
Leo, thank you again! You helped to make my dream and my family's dream come true.
Guys, you can go to other real estate agencies, but don't miss Léo Reis... You won't regret it.

Pedi pra minha irmã, que mora em Unamar, olhar algumas na região, foi quando indicaram, Léo Reis imóveis e imediatamente o próprio à levou em um condomínio na localidade, mostrando uma linda casa, por um valor bem acessível e honesto. Fiquei muito preocupado por estar negociando a distância, pois hoje em dia é complicado. Depositei confiança e me surpreendi, pois superou as minhas espectativas. Me acompanhou do início ao fim da negociação e até hoje me pergunta se está tudo ok com a casa. Nunca tinha visto uma atenção igual.
