★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento da venda o atendimento foi ótimo... mas após realizar a venda o descaso foi grande. Na hora de cobrar pelo acordado no contrato ( caso haja necessidade) sentirá dificuldade de resolver o problema caso o construtor não queira colaborar.
A estrutura do local é boa, com ar condicionado, bastante amplo, mas o acompanhamento do processo de compra/venda de imóveis, algo tão importante na vida das pessoas e a alma do negócio, foi deficiente.
O corretor que acompanhava a compra que fiz saiu da empresa e nada foi informado aos clientes, por exemplo. Fui fazer contato com o mesmo e aí descobri que ele não trabalhava mais lá... Enfim, não recomendo.
