★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é realmente Boa, parabéns para a cozinha, no entanto o atendimento no salão é lento e desleixado, funcionários se importam mais em conversar e ficar ao celular do que prestar atenção nos clientes nas mesas.
Fiz a reclamação para a funcionária do caixa que fez cara feia e pouco caso.
Espero que melhorem pois a comida e o atendimento devem caminhar juntos!
 The food is really good, congratulations to the kitchen, however service in the lounge is slow and sloppy, employees care more about talking and getting on the phone than paying attention to customers at the tables.
I complained to the cashier who scowled and disregarded it.
I hope they get better as the food and service must go together!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ontem com minha familia em torno das 14:00 a casa estava bem cheia, fomos colocada em uma mesa praticamente no caminho pra quem sobe para o mezanino horrível esse local então chamamos um atendente ele pediu pra subirmos para o mezanino subimos aí veio a surpresa ninguém vinha nos anteder, pedi pra minha filha descer e pedir para alguem nos atender demorou mais veio da entrada ate o garcon nos atender foram uns 20 minutos blz fizemos nosso pedido quando chegou o hambúrguer veio errado e a comida fria o hambúrguer pedi pra trocar a comida meu filho comeu mesmo assim que pena fiquei com receio de demorar mais,comemos minha filha e minha esposa pedir mais duas saladas de rúcula aí terminamos de comer e nada da salada e perguntamos para o atendente e a salada a resposta adivinha (não veio ainda pera aí que vou ver) lamentável pouco provável que valtariamos.
I was with my family yesterday at 2 pm the house was very full, we were placed on a table practically on the way for those who go up to the horrible mezzanine this place so we called an attendant he asked us to go up to the mezzanine we went up there came the surprise nobody came before us, I asked my daughter to go down and ask someone to serve us, it took longer to come from the entrance to the waiter to answer us it was about 20 minutes blz we made our order when the hamburger came wrong and the cold food the hamburger asked to change the food my son ate anyway so sorry I was afraid it would take longer, we ate my daughter and my wife order two more arugula salads then we finished eating and no salad and asked the attendant and the salad the answer guess (it hasn't come yet wait, I’ll see) regrettable unlikely we would be worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom na hora de pedir porém demorou mais de 1 hora pra chegar o pedido para viagem. Quando cheguei em casa estavam faltando 2 molhos que havia pedido e pagado extra. Ao ligar para o restaurante para pedir que me trouxessem o item faltante me foi dito que não podiam entregar pois ja estavam proximos do horario de encerrar e que se eu quisesse o molho teria que voltar no restaurante ou pegar em uma outra vez. Sendo assim além do prejuízo do item pago ainda tive que encarar o descaso do funcionário que se identificou como "eddie" no telefone.
Good service when ordering but it took more than 1 hour to get the request for travel. When I got home I was missing 2 sauces I had ordered and paid extra. Calling the restaurant to ask me to bring the missing item I was told that they could not deliver because they were close to closing time and that if I wanted the sauce I would have to go back to the restaurant or pick it up again. So besides the damage of the item paid I still had to face the disregard of the employee who identified himself as "eddie" on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da parte de pizzaria pode ser bom, mas o almoço é péssimo...demora pra ser atendido, chegamos ninguém veio nem trazer o cardápio, a comida chegou fria, o frango a milanesa chegou repleto de óleo e frio, trouxeram a salada, mas não disponibilizaram o tempero. Pedimos 2 suco foi entregue apenas 1 quando estávamos terminando a refeição. 2 pessoa pra atender mesa, fazer pedido, trazer a comida e fazer as bebidas, enquanto 2 pessoas sentadas pra atender telefone. Super péssimo, deixei metade da comida no prato sort que tem mais restaurantes ao lado.
The service from the pizzeria part can be good, but the lunch is terrible... it takes a long time to be served, when we arrived nobody came to bring the menu, the food arrived cold, the breaded chicken arrived full of oil and cold, they brought the salad , but did not provide the seasoning. We ordered 2 juice only 1 was delivered when we were finishing the meal. 2 people to serve the table, order, bring the food and make the drinks, while 2 people are seated to answer the phone. Super bad, I left half the food on the sort plate that has more restaurants next door.
