★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burger is average. It looks like a kid's meal and it is very pricey for what it is in it. What s the deal with the bottles of ketchup and mayo with your order? Who has 2 bottles of condiments with 2 burgers. I am completely dissatisfied.

Sometimes the place is a bit crowded, so plan to get there in non peak hours.
Recommendations:
- 16 mm
- Chips
- Milkshake (any of them .. they are all delicious)
They also have a good beer selection .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good. Preparation time is too long, although not crowded.
They ask if you wanna pay for the service, but you are not served at the table. You pick up your order at the counter. There is a (large) sign indicating the pick up place. I stood there for almost 5 minutes after my number was called and nobody showed up with my order. Only when I complained they said my order was on the other side of the counter. The sign is there just to confuse naive customers like myself. Service has to improve a lot to be a place worth going.
The good thing about the place is the barman---very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great burger options and very hip atmosphere! The menu is varied enough and the burgers have the choice of a vegan hamburger. The price falls in the average for burger places in São Paulo. The setting is very nice and urban. Great for groups and couples too! Recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cupim was amazingly good, the farofa also. The coleslaw is basically mayo with some cabbage. The service is depressing, probably the worst service I've ever seen in Sao Paulo. If you come, be patient and expect cold yet delicious food.
