Os preços são os praticados no mercado atualmente não tem muito pra onde correr.

Não tinha itens básicos como uma simples pasta de polionda na cor amarela, envelope pardo, sacos plásticos..etc
Very small and cramped place.. on top of that, stairs in the middle of the hallway.
It didn't have basic items like a simple yellow polyonda paste, brown envelope, plastic bags..etc

De uma forma sem nenhum tipo de educação falaram "não fazemos mais orçamentos, calcule pelas etiquetas"
Perderam venda e um cliente por falta de treinamento aos funcionários... Um tiquinho de educação seria ótimo!
I asked for the values of the material as a budget to see the best form of payment and already ask to pick up the material.
In a way without any kind of education they said "we don't do budgets anymore, calculate by the labels"
They lost sales and a customer due to lack of employee training... A little education would be great!

Sempre faço compras altas no local, comprei 2 corretivos de fita, que praticamente desmontei em minha mão quando abriu, a fita não rolava no papel, péssima qualidade. Quando vou trocar a vendedora só trocou o que estava na embalagem, não trocou o outro, sendo que o produto nem foi usado. Além do péssimo atendimento, atendentes muito grossos e mal educados, e pelos comentários vejo que não é só comigo. Prefiro pagar mais caro e ser melhor atendido na kalunga!!

When I go to change the seller only changed what was in the packaging, did not change the other, and the product was not even used.
