★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da loja, mas não pude comprar o que gostaria pois a loja não abre às 9h como está anunciado aqui. O que é uma pena, pois creio que esta seja a única loja do Rio de Janeiro e não voltarei ao centro da cidade tão cedo.
I really like the store, but I couldn't buy what I would like because the store doesn't open at 9am as advertised here. Which is a shame, as I believe this is the only store in Rio de Janeiro and I won't be returning to the city center anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estive na porta da Les Chemises da Avenida Rio Branco hoje junto com a minha amiga, às 17:30h. Ficamos na porta, meio que dentro da loja, esperando o Uber. Como estava esperando o Uber, que estava a caminho, acabei nem tendo tempo hábil pra olhar as roupas da loja, mas pude observar a vitrine e até me interessei. Se não fosse o Uber, eu teria entrado pra olhar. Assim que chegamos, a vendedora perguntou se queríamos ajuda. Dissemos que não, agradecemos, informamos que estávamos esperando o Uber. Minutos depois, ela nos pediu pra sair e fechou a porta. Liguei para a loja para confirmar o horário em que fechavam e fui informada de que fecham às 18h.
Eu não sei como vocês costumam tratar seus clientes, mas depois dessa, eu não boto mais os meus pés em Les Chemises nenhuma.
Expulsar duas potenciais clientes da porta, sendo que claramente não era a hora ainda de fechar, é de uma grosseria absurda!
I was at the door of Les Chemises on Avenida Rio Branco today with my friend, at 17:30. We stood at the door, kind of inside the store, waiting for the Uber. As I was waiting for Uber, which was on the way, I ended up not even having time to look at the clothes in the store, but I could see the window and even became interested. If it weren't for Uber, I would have come in to look. As soon as we arrived, the saleswoman asked if we wanted help. We said no, thank you, we informed you that we were waiting for Uber. Minutes later, she asked us to leave and closed the door. I called the store to confirm the time they closed and was told that they close at 6 pm.
I don't know how you usually treat your customers, but after that, I don't put my feet on Les Chemises anymore.
Expelling two potential customers from the door, although it was clearly not yet time to close, is absurdly rude!
