★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qdo fui comprar fui super bem atendida, mas ai veio a pandemia a loja fechou, qdo fui trocar o jeans que comprei estava a metade do valor que paguei, ai eles so trocavam pelo valor da promoção, nao achei justo, paguei um preço alto e agora perder o valor, achei horrivel e ainda me disseram que não podiafazer nada. Nunca mais entro nessa loja. Dou zero pro gerente que não tem empatia e não sabe tratar o cliente.
When I went to buy, I was very well attended, but then the pandemic came, the store closed, when I went to change the jeans I bought, they were half the amount I paid, so they only exchanged it for the promotion price, I didn't think it was fair, I paid a high price and now losing value, I thought it was horrible and I was even told that I couldn't do anything. I'll never go into that store again. I give zero to the manager who has no empathy and does not know how to treat the client.
