Precisamos k fosse feita a barra de uma calça, eles enviam a calça e a pessoa faz em 20 minutos, e ainda te avisam qd está pronta.
Achei o atendimento diferenciado, ñ ficam querendo k a pessoa compre mais peças k o necessário.
Excellent service, great for guiding and coordinating clothes and the type of occasion.
We need k the hem of a pair of pants, they send the pants and the person does it in 20 minutes, and they even let you know when it's ready.
I found the service differentiated, they don't want the person to buy more parts k the necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há anos eu compro nessa loja, já peguei 4 ternos com vocês, mas infelizmente a última compra o que seria mais um terno me deixou extremamente frustrado. Fizeram os ajustes incorretos na peça, pedi para refazer e apontei os defeitos e ouvi inúmeras desculpas de "o tecido é diferente" " o corte é diferente" etc...
O "engraçado" é que levei na minha costureira e ela refez os ajustes mal feitos por vocês e deixou o terno do jeito que eu queria...moral da história, paguei quase R$900,00 por terno desalinhado e mal ajustado, atribuo grande parte desse descontentamento ao gerente da loja Sr. Leonardo, a qual em momento algum pareceu se importar com os erros que indiquei.
A venda é só consequência de um bom atendimento e de como você trata seus clientes. Agradeço até aqui mas não voltarei a comprar na FMW.
I've been shopping at this store for years, I've already bought 4 suits from you, but unfortunately the last purchase, which would be one more suit, left me extremely frustrated. They made the wrong adjustments to the piece, I asked for it to be redone and pointed out the defects and I heard numerous excuses of "the fabric is different" "the cut is different" etc...
The "funny" thing is that I took it to my seamstress and she redone the bad adjustments made by you and left the suit the way I wanted it...moral of the story, I paid almost R$900.00 for a misaligned and ill-fitting suit, I attribute great part of this displeasure to the store manager Mr. Leonardo, who at no time seemed to care about the errors I indicated.
The sale is just a consequence of good service and how you treat your customers. Thank you so far but I will not buy from FMW again.

Exceptional service, with a lot of attention to the customer! The sales staff are polite and whenever I go there I am well attended. I find what I'm looking for and with their help I never leave without comora lol first-class pieces. I nominate the pous store, congratulations from the service to coffee time lol
