Me entregaram um canto alemão com a mesa totalmente diferente do modelo que solicitei e quanto ao painel faltou a entrega de uma prateleira. Ha 6 meses venho tentando que meu problema seja resolvido, porém o proprietário Leandro promete que irá resolver e não cumpre tenho inúmeras mensagens no WhatsApp.Estou totalmente insatisfeita falta de consideração com o cliente.
I ordered a German corner and a panel renovation in my living room. They gave me a German corner with a table that was totally different from the model I requested and as for the panel, a shelf was missing. For 6 months I've been trying to get my problem resolved, but the owner Leandro promises he will solve it and doesn't comply I have numerous messages on WhatsApp. I'm totally dissatisfied, lack of consideration for the customer.
