O atendimento de contato, feito pela Ariane também foi muito bom.

I hired the installation service for two LG Dual Inverter 18000 btus Air Conditioners, at LGAR AR CONDICIONADO, technicians Daniel and Ailton came on the day and time agreed, and did a great job. They also left the place clean after the service was over.
The contact service provided by Ariane was also very good.
So I recommend this company based on my experience.

Em praticamente 2 horas o ar condicionado (Samsung 9k BTUs) estava instalado e funcionando. A estrutura já estava pronta. Preço justo e atendimento eficiente pelos canais disponíveis. Recomendo.
The pre-installation technical analysis was scheduled (without commitment) and on the same day, the installation of the air conditioning was carried out. In practically 2 hours the air conditioner (Samsung 9k BTUs) was up and running. The structure was ready. Fair price and efficient service through available channels. I recommend.

Desde o atendimento pelo WhatsApp até a instalação do serviço, eles foram muito bons. Agradeço especialmente à Ariane que me atendeu com orçamento e tirando dúvidas e ao Daniel e Vinícius que fizeram a instalação. O serviço ficou muito bem feito. Super recomendo. Ah, e o valor deles está ótimo comparado com o mercado. Tem empresas com mais avaliações mas que tem péssimo atendimento e passam orçamento mais alto sem nem pedir detalhes para fazer um orçamento mais fidedigno. Na LGAR eles tiveram o cuidado de pedir fotos pra poder passar orçamento mais justo e ainda falaram dos possíveis extras que podiam ocorrer antes do serviço prestado. Muito bom poder contar com esta empresa em São Paulo. Parabéns à empresa pela equipe e pelo trabalho.
Impressed with the professionalism and good service of FAYZ. I contacted the company because of the reviews here at Google and I was very satisfied. Since the call by WhatsApp until the installation of the service, they were very good. Special thanks to Ariane who helped me to budget and asking questions and Daniel and Vinicius who did the installation. The service was very well done. I highly recommend. Oh, and their value is great compared to the market. It has more companies with ratings but has terrible service and spend higher budget without even asking for details to make a more reliable budget. In FAYZ they were careful to ask for pictures to be able to spend more fair budget and still spoke of the possible extras that could occur prior to the service. Very good to have with this company in Sao Paulo. Congratulations to the team and the company work.
