★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me presentearam com um tênis dessa loja e foi necessário trocar devido à numeração ser maior do que a que calço, porém houve um péssimo atendimento (da gerente/ caixa) para realizar a troca. A Gerente/Caixa se mostrou pouco disposta a ajudar e entender as necessidades do cliente, se limitava a dizer que não tinha o produto e não buscou oferecer outras opções. A Loja de fato possui uma variedade de tênis mas deixa muito a desejar no atendimento.
I was presented with a sneaker from this store and it was necessary to change due to the numbering being greater than the one I wear, however there was a terrible service (from the manager / cashier) to make the exchange. The Manager / Cashier was unwilling to help and understand the customer's needs, limited himself to saying that he did not have the product and did not seek to offer other options. The store does have a variety of sneakers but it leaves a lot to be desired in service.
