★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, liguei e falaram que 6 peças para bordar nome seria 25 reais e quando cheguei negaram e disseram que era 30 cada peça. Perdi dinheiro atoa pegando uber e além do tempo.
Unfortunately, I called and said that 6 pieces to embroider name would be 25 reais and when I arrived denied and said that it was 30 each piece. I lost money by taking uber and beyond time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dona e costureira é de uma má-fé impressionante! A barra do meu vestido ficou com 3 cm a menos de um lado, ela falou que era só passar o vestido. Deixei com ela para ela verificar e passar. Ela me devolveu afirmando que não tinha diferença. Chegando em casa vi que tinha mesmo essa grande diferença e que ela soltou uma das alças do vestido para "equilibrar" sem me avisar. Voltei para arrumar uns pontos que já estavam soltos (trabalho de péssima qualidade!) e para confrontá-la. Falei que ela podia ter me avisado para eu não ter a sensação de ser feita de tonta, ela fugiu, somente após 5 minutos ela finalemente falou "tá bom, posso pedir desculpa?" O que era o melhor que eu podia conseguir!
Além disso ela manchou o vestido com o ferro de passar. R$75 para uma barra e alças tortas!!!!
The owner and seamstress is a stunning bad faith! The hem of my dress was 3 cm less on one side, she said it was just ironing the dress. I left with her for her to check and pass. She gave me back stating that he had no difference. Arriving home I saw that there was really this big difference and that she released one of the straps of the dress to "balance" without warning me. I came back to fix some loose spots (lousy work!) And to confront her. I said she could have warned me not to feel dizzy, she ran away, only after 5 minutes did she finally say "okay, may I apologize?" Which was the best I could get!
Plus she spotted dress with the iron. $ 75 for a bar and crooked handles !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o serviço. O atendimento é normal mas o serviço ficou péssimo. Levei meu vestido de formatura para ajustar comprimento e apertar, quando voltei continuou largo. Pedi para ajustar novamente, o corpete perdeu totalmente o formato e ajustou o tamanho apenas por fora, se eu não visse sairia com o forro maior que o vestido.
Too bad the service. The service is normal but the service was terrible. I took my graduation dress to adjust the length and tighten it, when I came back it remained wide. I asked to adjust it again, the bodice totally lost the shape and adjusted the size only on the outside, if I didn't see it I would leave with the lining bigger than the dress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fizeram consertos que não solicitei e em outras peças fizeram conserto com medidas diferentes das que eu pedi e ainda não admitiram a culpa pelos erros. Não volto!
Poor service, they did repairs that I didn't request and in other parts they did repairs with different measures than the ones I asked for and they still haven't admitted the blame for the errors. I am not coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo mesmo!!! Devia ter lido a recomendação daqui! Uma senhora arrogante que ignorou Tdos os erros gritantes que estavam nas minhas roupas. E no final ainda disse q não precisa de clientes como eu pq ela já tem muitos.
Todas as roupas q deixei ficaram tortas com costuras mto mal feitas.
Really bad !!! You should have read the recommendation here! An arrogant lady who ignored all the glaring mistakes that were in my clothes. And at the end she said she doesn't need customers like me because she already has many.
All the clothes I left were crooked with badly made seams.
