★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Nunca mais. Não tiveram o mínimo de cuidado com minhas coisas. Só tive prejuízo. Falam que tem nota fiscal e não tem, falam q embalam as coisas só que ao fazem isso. Quebrou minhas coisas de valores altos. E não assumem responsabilidade do prejuízo. Nem se querer atende mais o telefone. E eu?s fiquei no prejuízo. Paguei para destruir minhas coisas. Indignada estou.
Bad experience. Never. They did not take the least care with my things. I only had a loss. They say they have an invoice and they don't, they say that they pack things only when they do that. It broke my high-value stuff. And they do not take responsibility for the damage. You don't even answer the phone anymore. And I? S been at a loss. I paid to destroy my things. I am outraged.
