★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha nota se trata ao contato que tive da empresa de mudança VERA CRUZ pelo Deivison onde ao respondê-lo sobre que tipo de serviço eu estava buscando ele foi extremamente grosso e me bloqueou. Deixei bem claro que optava pela mudança compartilhada desde o primeiro contato acho que ele não leu . Disse que eu queria um serviço de graça já e eu acho que ele deveria voltar à escola para aprender a interpretar texto.
Falar o que quer no whats do cliente e bloquear antes se quer de ver a resposta é uma atitude de uma pessoa sem preparo , a empresa pode até ser boa mas o profissional é PÉSSIMO . Faço idéia uma embalagem de um produto frágil como seria feito
My note refers to the contact I had from the moving company VERA CRUZ by Deivison where when I answered him about what type of service I was looking for, he was extremely rude and blocked me. I made it very clear that I opted for the shared change from the first contact, I think he didn't read it. Said I wanted a free service now and I think he should go back to school to learn how to interpret text.
Saying what you want on the customer's whats is and blocking before you want to see the answer is an attitude of an unprepared person, the company can even be good but the professional is TERRIBLE. I have an idea how to package a fragile product

Espero q o retorno e o serviço da empresa sejam assim tbém, não espero menos que isso, até pq conheço 2 q já fizeram mudanças minhas e ambas atenderam minhas expectativas.
Practical and time-saving for those who don't have to keep looking for companies and passing on the same information on several calls. Very useful. I hope that the company's return and service are like this too, I don't expect less than that, even because I know 2 who have already made my changes and both met my expectations.
