★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Livraria aconchegante e com um bom atendimento. Uma quantidade muito boa de livros. Principalmente romances diversos. Muitas obras completas de diversos autores (as). O atendimento dos colaboradores é muito bom e atencioso, sempre a disposição para ajudarem ou dar alguma dica de literatura para os clientes. Os valores das obras são extremamente justos e de acordo com o mercado.
 Cozy bookstore with good service. A very good amount of books. Mostly diverse novels. Many complete works by different authors. The service provided by the employees is very good and attentive, always on hand to help or give some literature tips to customers. The prices of the works are extremely fair and according to the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei o atendimento presencial mas o online é surreal de tão ruim, não sei pq inventam isso se não vão responder. Estou desde o dia 05/04 Hj já é 12/04 tentando saber se tem o livro que eu quero lá , mas nunca obtive de fato uma resposta, só vizualizaram e não respondem. Agora eu pergunto, porque criam um atendimento online se não vão responder?????? Péssima experiência!
I don't know the face-to-face service but the online is surreal, it's so bad, I don't know why they invent this if they won't answer. I have been since 04/05 Hj is already 12/04 trying to know if there is the book I want there, but I never really got an answer, they just viewed it and don't answer it. Now I ask, why do they create an online service if they will not answer ?????? Bad experience!

(Fui para comprar 2 livros e não tinha nenhum dos dois, porém a atendente nem chegou a propor outras opções e nem interesse em me atender...)
Very beautiful place and easy to find, but the service left something to be desired.
(I went to buy 2 books and had neither, but the attendant did not even propose other options or interest in attending me ...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vejo um monte de gente reclamando do atendimento dos vendedores, deve ser aquelas pessoas que gostam de ser bajulados, ou não sabem nem o que querem ler. um leitor de verdade não fica esperando vendedor, apenas pergunta onde ta tal seção e escolhe o livro que mais o cativa. ou se por ventura estiver procurando lago especifico pergunta se tem e quando não tem e as meninas não indicam outro deve ser porque não tem similar... sempre fui bem atendida, nunca vi ninguém com preconceito pelo modo de vestir de qualquer cliente, gosto do atendimento e por isso sempre volto. no geral quem reclama aqui é porque só vai uma vez e ainda quer ser tratado como rei. Ranço e gente assim.
I see a lot of people complaining about the service provided by sellers, it must be those people who like to be flattered, or don't even know what they want to read. a real reader is not waiting for a seller, he just asks where that section is and chooses the book that most captivates him. or if by chance you are looking for a specific lake, ask if there is and when there is not and the girls do not indicate another one, it must be because there is no similar... I have always been well attended, I have never seen anyone prejudiced by the way of dressing of any client, I like the service and that's why I always come back. in general those who complain here are because they only go once and still want to be treated like a king. Rancid and people like that.

I am suspicious to talk about bookshop, because I always feel satisfied when I enter one and end up taking one or two books ... Very nice and modern place.
