★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui lá na loteria do rio anil,já estava fechada. Pois aqui fala que estará aberta até 20 horas e estão fechando as 17 horas. Está havendo desencontro de informação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As caixas poderiam fazer melhor se aceitassem apenas o número do boleto bancário. Alguns aplicativos geram apenas o número para ajudar o meio ambiente e não gastarem papel. Porém, algumas vezes quando tentei mostrar os números do código de barras para as caixas, elas alegaram que não era válido. Somente pelo fato de estarem com preguiça de digitar o valor. É até aceitável quando a pessoa escreve o código pois pode ter errado algum número. Mas quando se tem um foto do boleto ou os números gerados pelo próprio aplicativo, se torna pura preguiça o que eles fazem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localizada dentro do shopping Rio Anil, apresenta fácil acesso e bom horário de funcionamento e com caixa preferêncial. No entanto, no horário de maior fluxo de pessoas grande parte dos caixas ficam fechados o que dificulta o atendimento e deixando longas filas.
Outro problema é que o horário de funcionamento e o término das atividades. Se a fila estiver quilométrica e vc estiver há horas na fila vc não será atendido pq quando chega o horário de fechar eles simplismente não atendem mais. Sugiro que sejam distribuídos senhas ou algo semelhante, quando faltar por exemplo uns 30 minutos para o término do expediente, acho falta de consideração com os clientes.
