Trocaram a bateria do meu celular sem a minha permissão, disseram que não tinha conserto, após essa informação, meu amigo me informou outra empresa , levei e arrumaram meu iPhone6 , e me informaram que a bateria não era original, liguei na líder, informando que a bateria poderia ter sido trocada por "engano" , pois eles foram a única empresa que abriu o aparelho, eles me disseram que não mexeram na bateria do meu celular, e a bateria não estava funcionando, muita falta de profissionalismo!
Problema não resolvido!!!?
An awful experience! They changed the battery of my cell phone without my permission, they said that there was no repair, after this information, my friend informed me another company, I took and got my iPhone6, and they informed me that the battery was not original, I called the leader, the battery could have been replaced by "mistake" because they were the only company that opened the device, they told me they did not mess with my phone battery, and the battery was not working, a lot of professionalism!
Unresolved issue !!!

Fiz o orçamento de um Galaxy Note 5 para troca a entrada do carregador e queriam empurrar a troca da tela dizendo ser necessário desmontar pela frente o aparelho, assim o preço total ficaria em 820 reais (60% do preço de um novo). Pra minha sorte conheço bem meu celular e sei desmontá-lo, a troca dessa peça é mais fácil se feita por trás do aparelho.
Levei em outro profissional próximo e cobraram 150 pela troca da entrada do carregador, sem necessidade da troca de qualquer tela.
NÃO aceitem no primeiro orçamento, levem em mais profissionais e pesquisem sobre seus aparelhos online!
Know your phone before you take it here! Make more budgets! The price is exaggerated in some services.
I budgeted for a Galaxy Note 5 to change the charger input and wanted to push the screen change saying that it had to be disassembled ahead, so the total price would be 820 reais (60% of the price of a new). Lucky for me I know my cell phone well and I know how to take it apart, changing this part is easier if done behind the device.
I took it to another professional nearby and they charged 150 for changing the charger input, without having to change any screens.
DO NOT accept on the first budget, take on more professionals and research your gadgets online!
