Levei todas as peças novas e as melhores para ser montado meu computador, me cobraram R$250,00 para montar o computador e nunca funcionou direito, entrei em contato várias vezes para solucionar o problema e sempre me informaram que seria cobrado uma taxa de visita de R$70,00 e que provavelmente o problema não seria da montagem (ou seja, nem garantia me deram).
Várias vezes que tentei contato o técnico que montou, o mesmo mandava um outro funcionário falar que ele não estava lá.
Resumindo, levei para outro técnico, em outra loja, ele desmontou o computador, montou novamente e nunca mais deu problema.
Falar que o problema não é com eles é fácil.
Não lembro o nome do técnico, senão colocaria aqui também.
I do not recommend! I took all the new and best parts to assemble my computer, they charged me R $ 250.00 to assemble the computer and it never worked properly, I contacted several times to solve the problem and they always informed me that a visit fee of R $ 70.00 and that probably the problem would not be the assembly (that is, neither the guarantee they gave me).
Several times I tried to contact the technician who set it up, he sent another employee to say that he was not there.
In short, I took it to another technician, in another store, he disassembled the computer, mounted it again and never had a problem again.
To say that the problem is not with them is easy.
