The gym is simple, but the teachers are great and that makes all the difference. There is no training routine, as the teacher guides you daily.

Como pontos de melhoria, sugiro melhorar a climatização do local colocando mais ventiladores próximos aos equipamentos e também bicicletarios para guardarmos nossas bikes de forma mais organizada e segura, porém sei que estao trabalhando para entregar essas melhorias. De forma geral a equipe está de parabéns
Spectacular gym, with competent and dedicated teachers. If you are sedentary and looking for a gym that feels welcomed, respected and has the attention it deserves, this is the ideal place. As points of improvement, I suggest improving the air conditioning of the place by placing more fans close to the equipment and also bicycle racks to store our bikes in a more organized and safe way, but I know they are working to deliver these improvements. In general, the team is to be congratulated.
