★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os equipamentos estão bem cuidados mas a infraestrutura está descuidada. Estou lá há um ano e já é a segunda reforma grande, impedindo o uso adequado dos equipamentos. Apesar de ser uma boa academia, acho que o preço é incompatível com o que é oferecido.
The equipment is well maintained but the infrastructure is careless. I have been there for a year and it is already the second major renovation, preventing the proper use of the equipment. Despite being a good gym, I think the price is incompatible with what is offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima academia. Excelente estrutura. Tive um problema com um profissional, mas soube que já saiu de lá. Os donos são muito simpáticos. Você nem sabe quem são eles, pois malham com os alunos e não há nenhum privilégio pelo fato deles serem os donos. Os peraonais são excelentes, principalmente Wesley e Letícia. Nunca vi profissionais assim. Dedicados, solícitos, insentiva demais o aluno a proceguir e obter os seus objetivos. Tem uma boa localização. O estacionamento é pequeno, mas é permitido parar na rua oposta a academia sem nenhum problema. Tem uma pequena lojinha de suplementos e uma cantina que quebra muito o galho quando saímos de lá direto para um compromisso. Recomendo a todos essa academia.
Great gym. Excellent structure. I had a problem with a professional, but I knew he left. The owners are very friendly. You don't even know who they are, because they work out with the students and there is no privilege because they are the owners. The peraonals are excellent, mainly Wesley and Letícia. I've never seen professionals like that. Dedicated, solicitous, too encouraging the student to pursue and achieve his goals. It has a good location. Parking is small, but it is allowed to stop on the street opposite the gym without any problem. It has a small supplement store and a canteen that breaks the branch a lot when we left there for an appointment. I recommend this academy to everyone.

Conforto muito bom
Pensei em perder calorias , suar um pouco e etc
Mais a temperatura média é 17° ( pra suar dá trabalho )
Em compensação as fotos ficam tops sem o suor escorrendo
As expected....
