Me matriculei por causa do horário que ela abre aos dia de semana, as 6h porém tive a triste surpresa de saber que sábado e domingo abre bem mas tarde e fecha bem mais cedo, então esses dois dias eu não consigo ir por causa do meu trabalho, já fui até em um sábado às 8h porém cheguei muito tarde ao trabalho, então eu perco 2 dias na semana.
Se não fosse isso daria 5 estrelas pois é boa.
Vocês poderiam reavaliar esse horário de final de semana pois muitos trabalham.
 Good gym with good equipment.
I enrolled because of the hours it opens on weekdays, at 6 am, but I was sadly surprised to learn that Saturday and Sunday open late and close earlier, so I can't go on these two days because of my work , I even went on a Saturday at 8 am but I got to work very late, so I miss 2 days a week.
If it wasn't for that I would give it 5 stars because it's good.
You could reevaluate this weekend schedule as many work.

Na época da pandemia tiveram aulas on-line o que foi um diferencial e como destaque a professora Amanda Alegre que colocava em auto astral todas as aulas presenciais e as on-line tbm. Sinto falta de uma academia com o custo bom e serviços excelentes. Pena que só tem no Rio de Janeiro. Me mudei para Curitiba fazem 2 anos e até hoje ñ superei a falta que sinto da Life Fit.
A great gym, good prices and packages. Teachers and professionals very well prepared. At the time of the pandemic, they had online classes, which was a differential and as a highlight the teacher Amanda Alegre who put all in-person classes and online classes in auto astral. I miss a gym with good cost and excellent services. Too bad it's only available in Rio de Janeiro. I moved to Curitiba 2 years ago and to this day I haven't gotten over the lack of Life Fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito dessa academia, bem estruturada, equipamentos novos, vestiário bom, ótimas opções de atividades em grupo, recepção simpática e bem treinada.
Não esqueci dos professores, deixei pra falar agora pois quero dar uma atenção especial a esse ponto. Acredito que uma equipe de professores boa é essencial pra que os alunos tenham sucesso nos seus objetivos, e eu gostei muito da equipe, já malhei em vários horários e sempre fui super bem orientado e atendido por eles, tanto os professores quanto estagiários.
Um ponto importante também é sobre a avaliação física, a avaliação foi extremamente bem feita, não é aquela coisa rapidinha sem ver tudo direito.
Em resumo é uma ótima academia, e em determinados momentos fica bem cheia, mas vale a pena.
I really liked this gym, well structured, new equipment, good locker room, great options for group activities, friendly and well-trained reception.
I didn't forget about the teachers, I left it to talk now because I want to pay special attention to this point. I believe that a good team of teachers is essential for students to succeed in their goals, and I really liked the team, I've worked out at various times and I've always been super well guided and attended by them, both teachers and interns.
An important point is also about the physical evaluation, the evaluation was extremely well done, it's not that quick thing without seeing everything right.
In summary, it's a great gym, and at certain times it gets very crowded, but it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia ótima com aparelhos modernos, ambiente limpo, sempre tudo no lugar certo, profissionais atenciosos e profissionais, além da diversidade de atividades possíveis. Porém, nem tudo é mil maravilhas… a academia é cheia, CHEIA, muito cheia em certos horários e isso tira todo ânimo de ir treinar devido a alta competição pelos aparelhos, faltando até pesos para serem usados. Outro ponto crucial é a falta de um estacionamento próprio, nem adianta pensar em ir em horários de pico e achar que existe alguma vaga, elas são preenchidas rapidamente em horários que eles chamam de “vazio”. De estrutura, profissionais e aparelhos realmente é uma excelente academia para o nível da região local.
Great gym with modern equipment, clean environment, always everything in the right place, attentive and professional professionals, in addition to the diversity of possible activities. However, not everything is wonderful… the gym is full, FULL, very full at certain times and this takes all the courage to go to train due to the high competition for the equipment, even lacking weights to be used. Another crucial point is the lack of its own parking lot, it's no use thinking about going at peak times and thinking that there is a vacancy, they are quickly filled at times they call “empty”. In terms of structure, professionals and equipment, it really is an excellent gym for the level of the local region.
