Nem preciso repetir quão gostoso são!
O atendimento é muito bom.
São atenciosos presencialmente e principalmente virtualmente.
Todas as minhas encomendas e compras foram feitas por telefone e o uso do aplicativo WhatsApp.
Salgados quentinhos e fresquinhos. Docinhos muito bem apresentados além de saborosos e as tortas, olha, já provamos uns 6 sabores e todos foram nota 10!

I haven't lived in Campo Grande for a few years, but I have family and many friends there. I discovered with my in-laws their wonderful pastries and then the pies and sweets!
I don't even need to repeat how delicious they are!
The service is very good.
They are attentive in person and mainly virtually.
All my orders and purchases were made by phone and using the WhatsApp application.
Warm and fresh snacks. Very well presented sweets as well as tasty and the pies, look, we've already tasted about 6 flavors and all were grade 10!

Hoje em plena véspera de natal fui a loja buscar a torta que havia encomendado desde o início da semana pra minha ceia de hoje! Chegando no horário combinado no WhatsApp a torta não estava na loja! Ou seja fiquei sem a sobremesa do meu Natal! Poderiam ao menos ter avisado que iria atrasar ou que não teria e tal! Não recomendo a ninguém, os bolos são excelentes! Mas o trabalho em equipe deixa a desejar! Ainda bem que existe outras lojas, que respeitam os clientes! Palmas pro “Bolos Vó Alzira” West Shopping! Me salvaram!
Very dissatisfied with the poor service provided!
Today in the middle of Christmas Eve I went to the store to get the pie I had ordered since the beginning of the week for my supper today! Arriving at the agreed time on WhatsApp the pie was not in the store! In other words, I ran out of my Christmas dessert! They could have at least warned that they would be late or that they wouldn't have it and such! I don't recommend it to anyone, the cakes are excellent! But teamwork leaves something to be desired! Good thing there are other stores that respect their customers! Applause for “Cakes Vó Alzira” West Shopping! saved me!
