Queria deixar um comentário especial ao atendente DIRCEU. Ele atende a todos com muita alegria e um sorriso no rosto, dá gosto de ver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, entramos no local sentamos local onde somente tinha um pessoa comendo , ficamos em torno de 10min. E os atendentes batendo papo e rindo , fazendo super pouco dos clientes no fim saímos porque não fomos atendidos
Terrible, we entered the place we sat where there was only one person eating, we stayed around 10min. And the attendants chatting and laughing, making little of the customers in the end we left because we were not served

Bad experience. The motoboy took more than 1:25 minutes to deliver. I didn't bring any rachi or fortune cookies. The food was cold. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e última vez que pedimos. Além da demor,,,a o Yakisoba estava um pouco azedo e havia muito macarrão e poucos legumes. O molho fica muito a desejar, e não é o suficiente . Péssima experiência. Precisam melhorar muito.
First and last time we order. Besides the delay,,,a the Yakisoba was a bit sour and there was a lot of noodles and few vegetables. The sauce leaves a lot to be desired, and not enough. Bad experience. They need to improve a lot.

Um desrespeito!! um restaurante que não quer cliente.
Eu e minha familia desde sempre pedimos nesse estabelecimento, Hoje a atendente Joyce decidiu que não vão entregar mais na minha localidade, informou sobre 2 ligligs que eu deveria entrar em contato e solicitar meu almoço. Para infelicidade os dois locais tambem não entregam ! um local diz que é a área do outro, fazendo um triangulo de 3 estabelecimentos que não estão nem ai !
DECEPÇÃO TOTAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido 100% bem pela atendente do caixa mas observei que a gerente da unidade Campo Belo estava sem máscara e toda a cozinha também. Questionei e justificaram que era um horário de troca, mas a gerente fora da "troca" da cozinha estava no balcão sem a máscara.
Ressaltei que queria os 2 yakisobas SEM LEGUMES, retirei e dirigi até em casa. Ao abrir percebi que estava com legumes e liguei para a atendente que perguntou se eu poderia ir amanhã trocar... UM ABSURDO, como se n bastasse, esperei 22 min na linha porque a atendente estava passando recado para a gerente QUE NAO SE ENCONTRAVA NO LOCAL.
A gerente entrou em contato comigo com tom de favor, como se ainda sim não fosse obrigação, propondo devolver amanhã... Ficou irritada porque fui firme na minha decisão de recorrer ao meu direito. Ainda me disse que estava tratando com paciência, até porque não foi ela que esperou 22 min na linha, não jantou o que era esperado e agora vai ter que solicitar algo até chegar. ÁS 00h00. Precisei falar todo o ocorrido acima e passar a minha insatisfação para devolverem na hora. Eles devolveram, mas se não fosse a minha insistência e paciência, teriam feito eu ir amanhã, teriam estornado amanhã... TRATEM DE PRIMEIRA O QUE PODE SER FEITO DE PRIMEIRA, NÃO PRECISAMOS RELATAR E NOS ESTRESSAR PARA VOCÊS FAZEREM AQUILO QUE JA ERA POSSÍVEL. ANEXO FOTO DO YAKISOBA. Impressionante a falta de preparo para algo que pode ocorrer uma falha...
I was attended to 100% well by the cashier, but I noticed that the manager of the Campo Belo unit was without a mask and the entire kitchen too. I questioned and they explained that it was an exchange time, but the manager outside the kitchen "exchange" was at the counter without her mask on.
I pointed out that I wanted the 2 yakisobas WITHOUT VEGETABLES, took them out and drove home. When I opened it, I realized I had vegetables and called the attendant who asked if I could go tomorrow to change... AN ABSURD, as if that wasn't enough, I waited 22 minutes on the line because the attendant was passing a message to the manager WHO WAS NOT ON LOCAL.
The manager contacted me with a tone of favor, as if it was still not an obligation, proposing to return it tomorrow... She was irritated because I was firm in my decision to appeal to my right. She also told me that she was treating me patiently, because she wasn't the one who waited 22 minutes on the line, didn't have dinner as expected and now she'll have to order something until she arrives. AT 00:00. I needed to talk about everything that happened above and pass on my dissatisfaction so they could return it right away. They returned it, but if it weren't for my insistence and patience, they would have made me go tomorrow, they would have reversed it tomorrow... FIRST DEAL WITH WHAT CAN BE DONE FIRST, WE DON'T NEED TO REPORT AND STRESS TO YOU DO WHAT WAS POSSIBLE . ATTACHED PHOTO OF YAKISOBA. Impressive lack of preparation for something that might fail...
